What information do we process?

We process only the information needed to operate this website and communicate with you:

  • Enquiry data: your email address, name or other contact details you choose to provide, the content of your message and subsequent correspondence.
  • Technical data: IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, browser information and security events recorded automatically in essential server logs.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary.

03

Why do we process it?

Responding to enquiries
To answer your message, assess a proposal or take steps you request before a possible professional relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in managing communications), depending on the nature of the enquiry.
Website operation and security
To deliver the website, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse and protect our systems. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website.
Legal obligations
Where necessary, we process information to comply with applicable legal requirements under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not use personal data collected through this website for newsletters, behavioural advertising or unrelated marketing.

04

How long do we keep it?

  • Enquiries that do not result in a professional relationship are deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after the conversation ends, unless they are needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • If a contractual relationship begins, relevant information is retained for the duration of that relationship and for the limitation periods required by applicable commercial, tax and legal rules.
  • Essential server logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

Once the applicable period ends, information is securely deleted or anonymised.

05

Who receives your data?

We do not sell personal data. Information may be accessed by hosting, infrastructure and email providers that process it only on our instructions and under appropriate data-processing terms. It may also be disclosed to courts, regulators or public authorities where required by law.

We do not intend to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If a provider processes information in another country, we will use a lawful GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required. Information about the applicable safeguard is available by contacting us.

06

Cookies and external services

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. It does not load fonts from third-party servers. Essential technical data may still be generated by your browser and our hosting infrastructure when you request a page.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies.

07

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To exercise a right, email info@neuron4.com and identify your request. We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity. Exercising these rights is free unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) ↗, the competent supervisory authority in Spain.
